Sure Kykar isn't quite as famous as those, but if Azorius needed a cousin for Talrand, Sky Summoner, Kykar, Zephyr Awakener comes decently close as a pay off for playing noncreature cards (think of anything that triggers prowess) and belongs among the better blink commanders

I enjoyed playing the Tactical Teamwork deck, but I dont feel it is the stronger of the two Rise of the Floodborn preconstructed decks
